For my entire life, I have been a person that plans way ahead and work tirelessly to be able to reach for that goal. One of which is becoming a strategic marketer in this digital era. In the near future, I see myself as an outstanding digital marketer working in an established e-commerce company and as a mentor for those who want to learn more about digital marketing. However, in order for me to be able to accomplish that ambition, I realized that my current knowledge and skills are not enough, and so, a way to reach for that dream is to learn further about digital marketing in Nottingham Trent University. I am confident that studying in NTU will help me to further my strategic thinking, critical thinking and the application of the knowledge I learned inside of the classroom. Additionally, by studying away from home, I will be trained to solve my own problem and find the best solution. Moreover, I feel that the job placement offered would help me to achieve my plans in the future by giving me the experience to work with overseas clients, including the opportunities to network with executives from different parts of the world. These are the main skills that I believe I would get from studying in NTU, and will surely benefit my career plans and future employers. I have a strong faith that upon my completion of the course from NTU, I will be able to bring positive impacts back to Indonesia by sharing my knowledge, skills obtained and insights to my peers. As it is widely known, Indonesia is the fourth biggest population in the world, and yet it is still lacking in the quality of the education. Therefore, I hope to become one of those that will be able to change this fact and change Indonesia’s education quality in the future.
